Material PETG/TPU usually overhang worse than PLA. Overhang Angle (° from vertical) 0° = vertical wall, 90° = horizontal ceiling. (Many slicers call ~45° “support threshold”). Nozzle (mm) Layer Height (mm) Lower layers usually improve overhang quality. Overhang Length (mm) Longer “unsupported run” increases droop risk. Part Cooling Fan (%) Outer Wall Speed (mm/s) Slower walls improve overhangs. Support Type Preference
